We present to your attention a large trampoline arena as one of our directions!
The arena contains 25 trampolines and a sports area with Olympic trampolines, a jump sill, and a climbing wall.
Basketball rings, two foam pits with soft cubes – everything for your active rest!
Our experienced trainers will warm up with you, will watch you all the time you are in the arena and are always ready to help you with the development of new acrobatic elements.
And for the little ones, we have a children’s labyrinth with fun slides and moves!
Did you know that jumping on trampolines is a very exciting and useful physical activity, which develops the vestibular apparatus, the musculoskeletal system, and normalizes the general physical condition!
This kind of training improves the mental and emotional state of a person and is an excellent way to combat stress!
8 minutes of jumping replaces 3 kilometers of running, so it’s also a great aerobic exercise.
