The traditional international festival of snow-ice sculpture “Snow-ice” is held annually since 2011 on the territory of the excursion-tourist center “Snow Village”. During the week, sculptors are working on creating their expositions of snow and ice. For 7 days, masters from three-meter snow cubes create real works of art. The festival brings together more than 35 sculptors from Finland, Norway, Latvia and Russia, in particular from Petrozavodsk, Kirov and Vologda regions, Perm, Nizhny Tagil, and Khabarovsk, as well as cities of the Murmansk region: Apatity, Kirovsk, Severomorsk, Monchegorsk, Murmansk.
