The Kola superdeep was founded in honor of the 100th anniversary of the birth of Lenin, in 1970, 10 kilometers west of the city of Zapolyarny, on the territory of the geological Baltic shield. Drilling is not carried out today; it was stopped in 1992. You will be able to see the complex of KSG structures, learn a lot about the legendary well and take unforgettable photographs, and on the way back visit the Holy Trinity Trifonov Pechenga Monastery, the great shrine of the Russian North.
