From Zelenaya hill you can see the Kola Bay port (both fish and commercial) and ships, beautiful hills of the opposite bank. In winter, it is a great spot to watch the Northern Lights. If you go around the monument from behind, you will see the city itself.

Winds are constantly walking on the Zelena Hill, so we recommend that you dress warmer.
