“Northern Character” Film & TV Festival invites everybody to Murmansk! Those who like to watch films and those who make films! There are no borders and barriers here, filmmakers and TV journalists can openly communicate in a friendly atmosphere. You can meet those people whom you create your TV programs and documentaries for –your audience. We can assure you that these people are the most benevolent in the world! People in the Far North don’t like scandals and quarrels. It’s too cold here.
