to the processing of personal data

Hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006 (as amended. and add.), I, the subject of personal data hereinafter referred to as the “User”, interacting with the site https://visitmurmansk.info, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”, confirming my full legal capacity, freely, voluntarily and in my own interest, I give my full, informed and informed consent to the processing of my personal data, including consent to the processing of personal data using metric programs, Limited liability Company “Visit Murmansk” (LLC “Visit Murmansk”), OGRN 1085190002325, TIN 5190180260, address of the legal entity: 183036, Murmansk, Maklakova str., 51, apt. 27 (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Operator”).

1. Consent was given to the Personal Data Operator to process the following categories of personal data:
   • data specified in special forms located on the Website by filling in the appropriate text fields and/or files attached to the forms, namely: last name, first name, patronymic, email address (e-mail), phone number, and other similar reported information on the basis of which User identification is possible;
   • data that is automatically transmitted during browsing and when visiting the pages of the Site (cookies), namely: date and time of access, address of the visited page, login source, referrer (address of the previous page), information about behavior (including the number and name of the pages viewed), other technical data (data about technical means (including mobile devices) and ways of technological interaction with the Site and its services (including the type of the User’s operating system, browser type, geographical location, provider information, etc.), User activity when using the Site, information about errors issued to the User, downloaded files, tools, as well as other data obtained by the methods established by this Consent.;
   • IP address and IP address statistics.
2. Сonsent was given for the processing of personal data for the purposes of:
   • providing access to the Site, its content, to the functionality of the service, for the administration of the Site;
   • identification when registering on the Site and/or when using the Site;
   • provision of services and services available on the Site, processing of requests and requests;
   • establishing User feedback, including sending requests and notifications;

3. Consent was issued for the processing of personal data both using automated systems, and in a non -automated method in compliance with measures that provide protection against unauthorized access.
4. During the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to carry out: collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, modify), extract, use, transfer (distribute, provide, access), depersonalize, block, delete, destroy the User’s personal data.
5. The User hereby confirms that:
   • he got acquainted with the Policy of LLC “Visit Murmansk” regarding the processing of personal data of users of the site;
   • he has read and agrees that the transfer of the User’s personal data may be carried out by the Personal data Operator to the extent necessary for the User to gain access to the Site, its content and its services to third parties, in cases where the provision of such data is mandatory in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
   • he has been informed about the possibility of revoking consent to the processing of personal data on the basis of the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 (as amended and supplemented) “On Personal Data” by personally contacting or sending a written request in free form by registered mail with a notification of delivery to the Personal data Operator or the following Email address: info@visitmurmansk.info marked “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data”.
6. The User consents to receive advertising and informational materials and is informed by the Personal data Operator about the possibility and procedure for refusal of such information.
7. This Consent is valid until it is revoked by the User.
8. The date and time of the formation, confirmation and granting of Consent to the processing of personal data is considered to be the moment of marking the corresponding field of the web form and then clicking the “Submit” button in the form of personal data collection on any page of the Site.
