The weekend of September 30 – October 1 will be the All-Russian walking day. The organizer of the event is the Russian Olympic Committee in conjunction with the executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the field of physical culture and sports and regional Olympic councils.

The Murmansk region actively joined the sporting event, more than 1000 people will leave the tracks. The organizers invite everyone who wants to have fun and a charge of cheerfulness to the sports complex “Dolina Uyuta”.

In Murmansk, the event will be held September 30, 2017 at 12.00 hours in the sports complex “Dolyna Uyuta”.

12.00-12.30 – gathering of participants and building;
12.30 – greeting participants, warm-up;
12.40 – Mass start
500 meters – people with disabilities, pensioners and children of pre-school educational institutions with their parents;
2000 and 3000 meters – lovers of walking and healthy lifestyle;
3000 meters – participants who are being tested by the type of testing of the WFTU “TRP” Scandinavian walking.

13.20 – Start of the participants in the Nordic walking competition in the “skill-flight” discipline at a distance of 2000 m. At the 2000 m and 3000 m distances, only children with the assistance of adults
